We are helping out
to shape the future
After two years of extensive restructuring which were resulting in many changes for our employees and sites, the first successes of the measures are coming to the fore. – Menshen is forward focussed, growing again organically and actively searching for new talent who are ready to design and shape a dynamic path in the challenging packaging world.
Fourteen new colleagues have already started with us during the first six months of the year, a further five have joined on July 1. Amongst them Christian Nolte as new Plant Manager for the German operations and Jan Wommelsdorf as Head of Global Innovation for the Menshen Group.
Monika Nork-Bobel, Chief HR Officer LUKAD Group expresses her delight on the progress “Due to the restructuring and the promising order situation we are looking for employees who are ready to manage and drive change in the organisation jointly with us. We are proud to create an environment serving as base for thriving innovation and new ideas.”
Managing Director Jochen Mahrenholtz is adding ” Despite the muted economic outlook we see a growing momentum in the Global Packaging markets which we’d like to respond to jointly with our customers and recognised expertise. We shall invest a further Eur 4 Million in new infrastructure and equipment in our Finnentrop operations to keep this momentum for our company also in the forthcoming years.”
