Together with the company AISight, we have implemented early warning systems in the area of predictive maintenance, which can ensure high operating performance over a longer period of time and prevent potential production downtime. By using the AI-based warning system, we have successfully reduced the number of unplanned maintenance breaks and lowered our overall maintenance costs while reducing energy costs.
